Instrument Designer; Grangemouth

Experienced designer(s) required to undertake multiple small upgrade and maintenance projects from feasibility stage through to detailed engineering. Will be involved in developing the project scope alongside the Instrument Engineer and client personnel.

Good all round experience of producing full range of instrument design deliverables inc cable block diagrams, instrument location plans, termination details, DCS/ESD interconnections, process and pneumatic hook-ups, loop diagrams etc is required.

Must have site experience particularly in conducting site surveys to establish JB locations, cable routes, spare capacity, air supply requirements etc. Ability to work independently to develop the design deliverables with minimum input from Lead Engineer would be beneficial. All deliverables will be produced in AutoCAD.
