Take action and help vulnerable young people find a home.

Providing residential accommodation and outreach support to vulnerable young people in difficulty and who are experiencing homelessness. Our PATH service works together with Clackmannanshire Council to support these vulnerable young people, and with our help they can make the transition to independent living.

The Project has built positive relationships with external agencies in Housing, Careers, Education and Health, who’ll become involved in providing appropriate resources for our young people.

Working mainly night shifts, you’ll provide a safe, secure environment for the young people living within the PATH Service, this will include monitoring access to the building, monitoring the CCTV system and cleaning the communal areas.

Aims of the role:

  • To provide support, guidance and advocacy to isolated and marginalised young people.
  • To work on an outcomes based approach, to help them find appropriate accommodation
  • To become an active, contributing member of their community.

This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll be a vital part of a fully-committed one-to-one support network, helping young people improve not just their living conditions, but every area of their lives.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience working in a social care environment
  • A genuine commitment to making a difference to the lives of vulnerable young people.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

And while you’re taking action, we’ll be taking action to make sure you’re fulfilled, with ongoing support and training.
