Our client an established Legal organisation in Edinburgh is looking for a Financial Administrator on a temporary contract until the end of the year. As a Financial administrator you will be involved in Accounts payable processing and administration, updating supplier details and managing internal and external queries.
Accounts Payable and query handling
Data entry and updating of records on the company system,
Key contact responsible for internal & external queries
Obtain quotes and process purchase orders
This role is a fast paced position offering the opportunity to work in a friendly environment. As a financial administrator you will be liaising with multiple departments and candidates must have good communication skills to improve administration processes.
To be successful for this role, candidates should have experience in invoice processing and related administration with good excel and systems exposure.
