Mechanical Design Engineer - Oil and Gas Dunfermline   £38000-£55000 plus benefits

On of the industries leading Oil and Gas equipment manufacturer is seeking hard working, dynamic engineers to join their rapidly expanding Engineering Department.

The Role:

As part of the Engineering Team you would be expected to;

• Manipulate design specifications to provide bespoke solutions to clients requirements
• Employ mechanical theory, mathematics to solve provide effective solutions to engineering problems
• Effectively communicate during meetings with customers and project/design reviews.
• Support other departments during the manufacturing of equipment to ensure projects are completed in the most efficient way
• An element of field service may be required (suitable training is provided)

Requirements

This role is highly sought after so the requirements for individuals will be higher than normal.

• Mechanical Engineering Degree (hons)

or

• HND Mechanical Engineering and 3 years industry experience.

and

• Understanding of software packages for both drawing and analysis
