Ecommerce Channel Manager Kilmarnock   Market Leading Salary + Benefits

Eden Scott's client is a leading fashion retail company with an excellent reputation as market leaders in their sector. They are currently seeking an Ecommerce Channel Manager based in their Kilmarnock office to develop sales through a variety of large e-retail channels such as Ebay and Amazon.

Reporting into the Director of Ecommerce, the purpose of this position is to grow product sales through Amazon and Ebay account channels whilst simultaneously increasing awareness of the company brand, developing new market place opportunities and creating the Ecommerce strategy. This role will work directly with other departments in the company to maximise ROI, identify new opportunities, run marketing programs, manage web inventory and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

*Manage and Develop Ebay and Amazon business strategy
*Research and ascertain key areas for new sales opportunities
*Monitor traffic and sales reports
*Provide regular reporting and data analysis on channel performance
*Ensure all market place orders are delivered on time and provide a high level of customer service
*Solve any problems with regard to stock levels and dispatches
*Implement market place specific promotions
*Management of two direct reports

Candidate Requirements:
*Strong Management Experience is essential
*Experience of trading on eBay and Amazon
*Good working knowledge of market place management tools
*Understanding of digital marketing with regard to sales techniques
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic web technology
*Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential
