Job Title: Inbound Customer Sales Associate

Salary: £14,835 + competitive uncapped bonus + annual salary increase
Type: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Inbound Customer Sales Associates to work for one of our highly reputable Banking & Financial Services clients.

The role is based in an inbound contact centre, where you will be providing and maintaining a high level of customer service in every aspect. You will primarily be working on an inbound sales line, picking up leads from colleagues where you will be promoting products, and maximising cross selling opportunities in a sales target driven environment.

The role will involve good communication and listening skills, ensuring customer needs are identified, as well as picking up ad-hoc queries.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Polite & professional telephone manner
- Ability to build strong customer relations
- Have an objective approach to work and be able to work under pressure
- Experience in a sales targeted role

Full product training will also be provided, as well as many fantastic on-site benefits which can be taken advantage of whilst working for the organisation.

You will require to have a flexible approach to working various shift patterns which may vary.
