We have an exciting vacancy for a Performance Manager with their Employment Services division.
The role will key to the ongoing improvement and development of the employment services division and you will offer skilled management support across a range of services, giving assistance and direction to managers and staff.
You will carry out a comprehensive review of the services making recommendations to improve practice, achieve better results and deliver cost efficiences. As well as playing a vital role in delivering the company strategy you will lead on new product development, tenders and key business relationships.
The company offer a competitive salary and 32 holidays plus contributory pension scheme.
We are looking for candidates who have previously worked within a Managerial position within Employment Services ideally within the Learning Disability field. Someone who has overseen services and has a proven record in improving and reviewing these services as well as strong management skills.
