My client is a global leader within their sector, due to continued success and growth they now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover maternity leave.
The Role Receiving, processing and paying invoices leading up to & including invoice payment Receiving, processing and paying employee expenses leading up to & including BACS/cheque payment Ensuring that that all invoices / expense claims comply with both internal & external audit requirements High volume reconciliations Support will all supplier queries in relation to invoices and employees in relation to expenses Resolve invoice and expenses queries within agreed timescales
To be considered for this position you must have the flowing background & skills: Previous experience of purchase ledger and reconciliation experience is essential Proficient with Microsoft Packages in particular Excel Previous experience of using financial software packages would be an advantage Excellent attention to detail skills are essential to this position
