My Client

My client is a global leader within their sector, due to continued success and growth they now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover maternity leave.

The Role

  • Receiving, processing and paying invoices leading up to & including invoice payment
  • Receiving, processing and paying employee expenses leading up to & including BACS/cheque payment
  • Ensuring that that all invoices / expense claims comply with both internal & external audit requirements
  • High volume reconciliations
  • Support will all supplier queries in relation to invoices and employees in relation to expenses
  • Resolve invoice and expenses queries within agreed timescales

  • To be considered for this position you must have the flowing background & skills:

  • Previous experience of purchase ledger and reconciliation experience is essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Packages in particular Excel
  • Previous experience of using financial software packages would be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail skills are essential to this position
