As Information Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing efficient and effective information services to learners; contributing to the effective development of one-stop information, guidance and learner support services; contributing to processes in relation to learner finance applications and other general office tasks. Additionally, you will re respond to all first line personal and telephone enquiries and develop and maintain robust cross college links.
You must be educated to SVQ Level 2 or hold an NC in an appropriate area. You should have knowledge of effective office administration practices and student welfare issues with a basic level of ECDL in Microsoft packages.
You should have an understanding of customer care best practice and particular experience working in a customer service role would be advantageous.
