Mechanical Technician (Dayshift)

Our client is an established organisation specialising in supplying products to clients world-wide. Due to continued growth at their facility in Grangemouth, they are looking for a Mechanical Technician to join the maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

Managing day to day activities in the Maintenance Department

Implement engineering and operational improvements

Conduct planned, preventative and reactive maintenance

Produce documentation - parts lists, drawings, manufacturing drawings

Deliver and upgrade maintenance plans

Plan and organise the maintenance resources and materials to meet maintenance plans

Liaise with contractors to ensure service and work contracts are achieved

Assist in the implementation of shutdown and project plans

The ideal candidate will be HND/HNC qualified or equivalent with experience in the maintenance of process plant and equipment
