What is the Role? To provide day and support services to adults with varying conditions, in a day or outreach setting, whilst ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

What will you do?

Promote a therapeutic and rehabilitative environment to meet the assessed needs of the individual. To provide personalised care plans for service users with a key working system.



What do you need to bring to the Role?

You will have a SVQ Level II in Social Care or equivalent and experience in working with individuals with disablilities and knowledge of the rehabilitation process.
