What will you do?
Carry out general maintenance and repairs within domestic and commercial properties as instructed. Undertake refurbishment works withint domestic and commercial properties e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, window replacements etc. Ensure timeous completion of Building Services documentation. Ensure compliance with departmental technical standards. Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
SVQ Level 2/3 or Approved Apprenticeship, CSCS Card, Building maintenance or construction experience, knowledge of Health & Safety, Customer Care skills, self motivated and discplined, can work alone or as part of a team.
