Due to business expansion Highland Cuisine incorporating Porterhouse Restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to help push this business to the next level.
Successful candidates will have sustained Chef experience and have the ability to work on their own initiative. Must be standards driven and passionate about cooking.
