This is a very busy position where you must be able to take responsibility and cope with frequent high workloads. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in audio typing is essential. The role itself involves:
Audio typing reports/quotes
Answering the phone in a courteous and timely manner
Assisting with all queries
Filing, photocopying & scanning
Other general administration duties
In addition, you must be an outgoing, strong character who copes well under pressure. You must be a multitasker who prioritises well.
This is a part time position in which you will be required to work Monday and Tuesday 8.30am-5.30pm and Friday 8.30am-3.30pm and is subject to a 3 month probation period.
