This is a hands on role within a family road haulage company.

You will head up the day to day financial activities for the
company, including, financial strategy, management of the accounts system, reporting to management on the state of the company’s finances, cash flow and preparation of forecasts, producing monthly management accounts, setting and checking tagets, monitoring the performance of the finance team and overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues.

Applicants should be qualified with one of the major accountancy bodies in the UK and have at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
