HR Administrator – 6 Month Contract – to support small dedicated HR team with the transition to a new reporting system for national company.
This varied support role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, good understanding of IT and databases and the ability to make decisions. Ideally with an HR qualification or with some experience supporting an HR team, your duties will include;
· Dealing with or referring telephone enquiries
· Diary management
· Facilitate meetings
· Collate and process invoices
· Respond to e-mails
· Provide statistical information from HR system
· Accurate archiving of personnel records
· Attending and contributing to team meetings
