A superb opportunity to join a specialist engineering support service company who are market leaders in their field. Our client is looking for an individual with extensive management experience to join their team within the pivotal role of Commercial Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing a department of 15 - 20 direct reports and will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the team in line with Operational KPI's.

The role will require you to mange the effective operation of allocated contracts in line with agreed revenue, profit, service delivery targets and customer satisfaction. In addition, you be required to monitor, plan, and prioritise work for both on and offshore projects to include quotations, reports, letters and other necessary contractual requirements.

Working in conjunction with the management team you will be required a play a prominent role in the development and implementation of company strategy to maximise business opportunities with current customers as well as targeting new opportunities.

Experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas industry is essential and candidates will ideally have a strong technical background or be educated to HNC level or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
