We are seeking an experienced PART TIME AFTERNOONS/EVENING/WEEKEND Customer Care Specialist for our successful and growing client in the local Falkirk area.

Hours: Candidates need to be able to work Mon/Fri/Sat. The Sat is always 9am-5pm, however during the week it could be 8am-4pm, 12-8pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm.

Candidates must have a genuine reason for seeking Part-time work and looking to do approximately 22 hours every week. There may be at times the opportunity to do some overtime.

Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional Customer Service to clients through your professionalism and care for the client's needs.

You will be entirely responsible for explaining the benefits of working with the organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Taking Inbound calls - retentions and upgrades

Working towards targets

Responding to emails

Excellent ability to multi-task between calls and emails.

Skills Required

Good interpersonal skills

Experience in Ms Office (Outlook & Word)

Organised and can prioritise workload in order of importance

Can deal with adhoc duties as and when required

Be well presented, polite and friendly

Good at managing difficult situations calmly and effectively

Good commercial awareness

Accurate Data Entry skills

Enjoys helping others and can work as part of a team.
