Allstaff Glasgow requires an experience Secretary / PA for our client based in Bothwell. You must be available for an immediate start. Successful candidates will have supported senior management and have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office including Powerpoint. Excellent audio and copy typing skills are essential.
This is an ongoing temporary position with a large organisation. Candidates with a medical background are of particular interest.
· Copy and audio typing
· Diary management
· Use of all Microsoft office packages
· All other PA duties
Hours of work are 9am – 5pm
