Job Description You will be a consumate communicator and have presentation presence. You will assist in the design and delivery of a range of organisational development and learning and development solutions and have experience in the delivery of management development and coaching interventions. Learning development practitioner experience of large / complex organisations is desirable.Appropriate Learning & Development / Organisational Development Qualification (CIPD or equivalent) or equivalent experience is essential.
