This role reports into the Head of Engineering based in Aberdeen and your responsibilities will include:

  • The Team Leader has responsibility for managing the multifunctional group, enabling them to deliver on objectives and provide vision for the future, provide technical direction to the Group and to support planned and unplanned workflow through the department by ensuring appropriate resource availability in accordance with project schedules.
  • Responsible for the coaching and guidance of all staff within their group. Lead by example.
  • Completing results and reports in a timely manner
  • Actively progressing and managing assigned tasks from conception to completio
  • Checking and approving drawings, documents, reports and calculations to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Supporting and leading the team to provide exceptional engineering resource

    • Ideally you will be degree qualified however we will consider candidates with industry experience gained with pressure valve codes, design of valve/pipes or similar related products
