I am recruiting exclusively for an Experienced Credit Controller to join their successful team.
This is a one off opportunity as my client tend not to recruit for this team very often.
The duties will include:
- Proactive cash collections and chasing overdue payments
- Agreeing payment terms
- Liaising with clients and various departments within the business
- Reviewing credit terms
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Reducing aged debt
- Updating systems and storing information accurately
- Ensuring all clients payments and returns are allocated and dealt with promptly
- Dealing and resolving any queries that may arise
Experience Required:
- Must be an experienced credit controller
- Computer literate and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Extremely organised and able to plan and prioritise your day/workload
- Experience working in a high pressured environment
- Competent with Excel, word and lotus notes
It would be a distinct advantage if you were educated to Higher level and have an HNC in Business Studies
