Care Home Manager Ayrshire East   £DOE

Do you love elderly care – but think it can be done better?  We’re looking for a care home manager to be part of an exciting development in changing the culture in Nursing Homes for older people.  The post is initially for 6 months, but is potentially a permanent one.

You’ll need to

• really believe that services can be led by the people who use them.
• be able to think out of the box when it comes to traditional roles among nurses and care staff
• be a strong leader who understands change management and how to develop people
• be registered, or eligible to be registered, with the NMC or SSSC as a manager of a care home

Other roles available for peope with with similar qualities and some management experience.
