Based in Edinburgh, this global IT Service Management Software Organisation is at the forefront of the IT services market. With over 15 years experience, they have a wealth of industry knowledge and experience and are now looking for an Inside Sales executive to expand their team.
As a highly motivated individual, you will be tenacious in your approach to identifying and pursuing potential sales opportunities. You will be working in the larger IT team where you will be making a high volume of daily calls to help procure and develop new business. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and following up leads on the CRM database, including account management, creating hot lists and building campaign lists. You will be confident in creating activity reports as well as presenting sales information relevant to business development.
Having worked in a similar position, you will be comfortable in liaising with staff and managers across all levels of business in a professional and responsible manner. As this is primarily a telephone based role, you will have a proven track record in building customer relationships . You will be highly computer literate and be willing to develop your skills in ITIL, ITSM. With excellent attention to detail, you will be able to work autonomously and to a high level of accuracy.
Previous experience using a CRM/lead based system will be highly regarded, as will an understanding of Data protection issues and a solid understanding of the MS Office Suite.
