Maintenance Engineer – Hamilton

We have an opportunity for a challenging role providing maintenance engineering support within a high-volume food manufacturing organisation.  You will have a varied and demanding role and will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of production equipment, general mechanical maintenance and will also assist in machine installations as required.  We have, and expect, high Health and Safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised industry qualification in electrical engineering and have worked in a multi-skilled maintenance role preferably gained in a FMCG/food manufacturing environment.  In addition, you will have a working knowledge of mechanical maintenance engineering.  You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels, be self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Shift working essential. A health & safety qualification would be an advantage.
