Sales Support Assistant / Sales Support Administrator
Location - Edinburgh
Duration - 7 month contract
Salary - £21,000 - £24,000 DOE
Experienced Sales Support Assistant / Coordinator / Administrator required to join small but busy team on a 7 month fixed term basis. Previous experience essential.
Specifically your duties will include -
- Act as direct contact for all customers
- Maintain accurate records of customers
- Administer all quotes
- Administer all customer purchase orders
- Proactively encourage customers to renew service agreements where possible
- Provide regular reports on customer renewals
- Following up on sales enquiries in conjunction with Sales
- Support Sales with all other administrative duties as required
This is a busy and varied role, requiring excellent organizational ability, strong customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Therefore, to be successful it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of the end to end sales administration process. You will also be a strong communicator, with a friendly, professional approach, able to thrive working within a dynamic, innovative team
