Business Improvement Specialist Helensburgh   £30000 - £35000 per annum

Reed Specialist Recruitment are looking to appoint a Business Improvement Specialist for one of their prestigious clients based in Helensburgh. You will be an integral part of the Marine and Technology Division, driving continual improvement and best practice within the organisation.

You will be expected to identify, manage and deliver opportunities to improve the business, delivering innovative process and procedural efficiencies which increase the operational effectiveness of the company.

You will be able to demonstrate:

- In depth knowledge and application of a variety of continuous improvement tools and techniques to deliver change
- The ability to produce high quality, professional business reports including solutions, enhancements and recommendations
- The ability to manage projects to conclusion
- That you are an innovative thinker who can quickly review and identify hidden problems in business process and support departments by providing alternative solutions

The following qualifications and requirements are essential for this role:

- You must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- A HND or above in an engineering or business discipline
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Equivalent Change Certificate Methodology
