Job Requirements
The post holder will work as part of a team delivering services to meet the needs of older people in line with Care Inspectorate standards. It is essential that you maintain a flexible approach as well as possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ideally you will have experience of key working within a residential environment with older people, however, this is not essential. You will understand and practice confidentiality. SVQ 3 in Care is essential.
