What is the role?
To assist the Customer Emergency Response Team in monitoring and responding to telephone enquiries, CCTV images, lone worker system, domestic abuse and antisocial behaviour alarms and the provision of a Community Alarm Service.

South Ayrshire Monitoring Station is a 24 hour service and candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts including night shifts.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
