Regional Building Contractor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to manage one prestigious leisure industry client. Projects are predominantly refurbishment and fitout contracts of pub, clubs and restaurants therefore an expert in this field is essential. Project values range from £250K up to £1.5m you will be responsible for managing up to 3 contracts at any one time.
The right person should have drive to achieve results in a friendly manner but at the same time maintain quality and standards. You should be positive and proactive with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work to, and meet tight deadlines.
The role will involve meeting clients and scoping out works, communicating information to the QS to compile costs based on a schedule of rates basis. Then overseeing the delivery of the project, organising internal site staff and liaising with the subcontractors. Liaising with the client throughout the process and ultimately handing over the projects on time and within budget whilst addressing any final snagging issues for a successful conclusion.
Experience in the leisure, shop fitting or retail industry is essential.
MUST have CSCS card and 5 Day CITB (First Aid desirable)
