Accounts Payable Clerk Edinburgh   £10.50 - £12.00 per hour + Free Parking

Eden Scott's client is a manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Due to a peak in work flow, Eden Scott has been exclusively invited to assist them in the recruitment of an accounts payable clerk on a temporary basis.

The role is scheduled to be for a 6 month period although there is a strong chance that this could be extended. Key responsibilities will include;
Maintenance of company credit cards,
Preparing invoices for payment runs,
Month End invoice accruals,
Balance Sheet reconciliations,
Posting bank account entries,
Prepare and post journal entries,
Preparation and distribution of remittance advice

To be successful candidates will have a proven track record of having worked in an accounts payable capacity. You will have strong communication skills and be fully conversant with Excel. It would be highly beneficial if candidates have used either SAP or Oracle. Candidates also would ideally need to have access to a car or other vehicle as our client is a distance away from the nearest railway station. Apply today for an immediate interview.
