Learning Disability Team Leader (Children) Kilmarnock   £20,808 - £23,929 per annum

SWIIS urgently requires a Team Leader to be at the heart of developing, delivering and leading excellent support practice for children and young people and families with learning disabilities in the Kilmarnock area.  for 24hrs per week on rota with weekend and evening work. T

his post has been designed for you to dedicate your time almost exclusively to person centered services and the changes that these can make to people’s lives.

You will work closely with other local managers, forming an integral part of our management team, to focus on delivering personalised quality services. This will involve motivating staff to make the best possible use of opportunities for the people they support to participate in the community.

Essential requirements

• SSSC registration.
• Current PVG.
• SVQ III or equivalent.
• Experience of service development and management.
• Strong focus on practice.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
