We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to work for a highly reputable organisation in the local Falkirk area.
Due to the nature of the work involved it would be beneficial if you have a minimum of two years experience in either a Contact Centre or similar environment.
Hours: Must be flexible between 8am-6pm (will include weekend work)
- Responding to inbound calls
- Providing customers with support and be able to answer any queries they may have
- Handling any problems and offering solutions to the customer
- Dealing with emails, sending standard letters/documents as required.
- Working towards weekly and monthly targets
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Computer literate in Ms Office including Ms Word and Excel. Must be excellent at managing difficult customers in a polite and professional manner at all times.
