Customer Service Adviser Falkirk (Town)   £6.50 - £7.00 per hour

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to work for a highly reputable organisation in the local Falkirk area.

Due to the nature of the work involved it would be beneficial if you have a minimum of two years experience in either a Contact Centre or similar environment.

Hours: Must be flexible between 8am-6pm (will include weekend work)

Key Duties

• Responding to inbound calls
• Providing customers with support and be able to answer any queries they may have 
• Handling any problems and offering solutions to the customer
• Dealing with emails, sending standard letters/documents as required.
• Working towards weekly and monthly targets

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Computer literate in Ms Office including Ms Word and Excel.  Must be excellent at managing difficult customers in a polite and professional manner at all times.
