STUDENT EXPERIENCE
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly motivated and forward-thinking manager in the role of Student Support and Wellbeing Manager. You will be responsible for the on-going development, management, co-ordination and delivery of a range of key student support and wellbeing services within the Student Experience area including student financial support and advice; student information and advice; international student support; student health; student induction and transition; study skills support; and student counselling.
You will have experience of working in the field of student advice and support and of planning and delivering complex, multi-functional services and you should have proven leadership and staff management skills. High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent networking skills, and the ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure are essential, as is a strong student and customer-service focus with an approach that is ambitious in relation to the student experience at the University of Strathclyde.
