IT Assistant Aberdeen

Eden Scott's client are now looking to recruit a temporary IT Assistant to start as soon as possible.

The main roles and responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:
- Basic training for new users if requires
- Dedicated first level support
- Desk setups for new users - install hardware, phones etc
- Reply to tickets in the service now system
- Responsible for daily backup operations and restores
- Responsible for MFP (printer) management - meter readings, troubleshooting, fault fixing

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- European Computer Driving Licence qualification or related HNC would be advantageous
- Standard or Higher Grade in Computing
- Driving licence as travel between different sites will be required

Preferred Skills:
- Backup Exec
- Dameware/Remote Desktop
- Server 2003/2008
