Experienced HR Advisor - available for interim work and immediate start?

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well known organisation who are market leaders in their field as an interim HR Advisor for approx 6-9 months

This is a generalist HR role within a very fast paced, commercial environment. You will be heavily involved with recruitment for the site, ongoing employee relations case work including absence and performance management. You will also work closely with senior managers, providing coaching, guidance and training on HR policy and procedure. You will also support the HR team with ongoing HR project work.

You must have experience of working in an HR Advisor level role ideally within a fast paced, commercial environment and you will also have CIPD qualification or equivalent.  You will also have excellent employee relations experience and ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders within the business.
