Location: Home Care Services - Bridge Street, Dumbarton or Kilbowie Road, Clydebank



The successful candidate will join a busy and responsive home care team.

Our Organisers have the responsibility for ensuring the delivery of a highly effective & efficient home care service and will have experience of supervising staff, Health & Safety Issues, and a working knowledge of budgetary control and monitoring procedures.

The successful candidate will also have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and to make objective assessments and decisions.

You must possess a sensitive and caring attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and other agencies. A full driving licence is essential, as is the need for flexible working to include weekend, evenings and participation in a stand-by rota.
