What is the Role? You will be responsible to the Area Manager for ensuring the effective operation of maintenance and minor works within a defined business unit, including both performance and financial viability.
What will you do?
Directly manage staff, manual and craft operatives, within a designated business area. To have responsibility to ensure the effective management of all aspects of building maintenance works within a designated business area. To participate as a member of the Services Senior Management Team.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
For this role you will need a minimum relevant HNC in a Management/ Construction discipline, financial management awareness, leadership skills for managing others and a working knowledge of NTC contracts and Heath and Safety issues within the working environment.
