For those that don't know about recruitment, it is a very demanding role, where you would be required to slip effortlessly from sales person, to account handler, to interviewer, with the final aim of matching the right candidate to the right role.
On a weekly basis you can expect to be targeted on your activity, including sales calls, client meetings and candidate registrations. The environment is fast paced and definitely not for the faint-hearted! You need to be pro-active and bursting with energy and also be a self-starter who appreciates the autonomy of running your own part of the business whilst taking responsibility for your own income.

As a successful consultant you can expect to earn £30,000-£40,000 + in the first year alone however, the sky is the limit with our un-capped bonus scheme.
