Swedish Customer Services Advisor Glasgow   £15000 - £16000 per annum

I am currently seeking several Swedish speaking Customer Services Representative's for a large client based in Glasgow City centre.

You will be working in a large office dealing with customers from Sweden. You will also be responsible for reviewing documentation and discussing this with customers. This is a busy environment and you will be required to adhere to SLA's and deal with volume calls.

To be successful in this role you require to be:-

- Fluent in Swedish

- Have previous customer services experience

- Ability to review documents in Swedish

- Customer focused

- Ability to deal with high volume calls
