Job Purpose

>> Carry out the duties of a Waste Operative in the collection/processing of refuse/recyclates and street cleansing within the boundaries of Aberdeenshire Council. You will be expected to carry out all the duties within waste services in a professional, smart and efficient manner. This will be achieved on a rotational basis on a time scale laid down by management.

>> Provide a monitoring service in regard to litter, damage or any other relevant issues in regard to waste and streets.

>> You will also be required to act as an ambassador for the Council when interfacing with members of the public and will do so in a polite and friendly manner.
