We are recruiting for an exciting new position of a Sales Administrator to join and support a Sales Team in Glasgow City Centre.

The role plays a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provides an important link between the sales person and the client. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work in a competitive sales environment, processing all sales related paperwork and calls to the front desk.

As well as being the vital link between the sales person and client you will be involved with a variety of administrative task which include and are not exhaustive are:

- Reception duties incl answering telephone and greet face to face
- Database Maintenance
- Organising mailshots and marketing
- Putting together presentations
- After sales admin
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Organising Seminars
- Typing
- Post
- Organsing quotation estimates
- Ordering office stationary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team in a great role.

We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in a busy office environment within sales administration or similar. Proficient with using Microsoft packages including word and excel. Have excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail and can work well under pressure.
