Joining our fun, fresh, fast-paced Direct Sales team, you’ll be the helpful, cheerful voice at the end of the line on a variety of calls from new and existing customers. Some will have seen an ad and want to talk about a particular product or service. Others will be looking for something new, even if they’re not sure what. It’s up to you to figure out which product or package is perfect for them, then convince them to go with it. Building relationships with our customers and generating revenue for the business, you’ll thrive in a role that you can make your own.

Chances are you’ll come to us from a sales role in a similarly fast-moving, target-driven retail or contact centre environment. You’ll be a great listener with the personality, product knowledge and negotiating skills to get every caller to buy into the most suitable product or service for them. And while you’re mainly driven by a desire to deliver the highest service standards, it’s also fair to say that targets play a big part in your motivation too.
