Dundonald Links Golf Club, situated near the legendary golfing town of Troon, meanders its way through the surrounding dunes and is now regarded by many as one of the best new courses in the world.  The Club is the first Scottish course to host the pre-qualifying stages of The European Tour and is owned by the exclusive Loch Lomond Golf Club,

We are currently looking for a part time cook (up to 40 hours) to work in our spikes bar kitchen. The Spike Bar is located within the main clubhouse itself and offers members an excellent informal all-day dining option but also services areas such as the 10th Tee and outside terracing.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience as a cook and must be able to do a variety of menu’s which includes fish, pastas, grills, soups and vegetables. The ideal candidate must also have a valid food hygiene certificate and have relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment where the emphasis was on good, fresh, seasonal produce sourced locally; you must be ambitious, hard-working and have a real desire to further your career.  You will be a good team player with a positive attitude, good working practices, smart, reliable, good timekeeping and flexible with hours of work.

The ideal candidate will have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety, qualified to at least SVQ level 1 and hold a basic food hygiene certificate.
