Management Accountant Edinburgh   £30000 - £40000 per annum

One of the leading companies within the public sector is currently looking for a management accountant.

This position requires a fully qualified management accountant who is available to start immediately to add to their growing team.

The role will be an 18-24 month contract for £30k - £40k per annum. It will provide support to the Head of Finance and will lead the team in management accounting.

It is desirable that you have a disclosure scotland, experience in the public sector and are a fully qualified accountant (cima, cipfa, acca, icas, ca, iceaw).

You will be working closely with the Head of Finance and finance department to complete management accounts, quarterly, half year and annual reports. You will also be an integral part of the finance team in the strategic direction that the firm will be taking over the next 5 years.

This position would be appealing to a variety of candidates with excellent accountancy experience especially within the public sector or from public practice. It would be great to move your career forward and this option could potentially turn permanent after the two years.
