Reporting to the contract manager, you will be reponsible for ensuring the finance, administration & database management are all delivered in an efficient and timely manner.

You will work closely with the management accountant, provising management of the payment & invoicing functions for the contract - this includes payment of subcontractor invoices.

You will collate, prepare and submit reports on a monthly basis to clients. This will include valuation spreadsheets.

Reponsibility is also given for the collaction and filing of Health and Safety paperwork, as well as other relevant paperwork to operations overall.

Some compliance in relation to environmental awareness is involved, including data input into monitoring systems.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge, understanding and experience of:

-Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel

-Working within a commercial environment

-Verbal and written communication, including presentation of data

-Excellent numeracy & literacy skills


Desirable:

-Knowledge or experience of the environmental management sector

-An understanding of health and safety legislation

-Experience working in a managed contract environment

-A driving license and transport
