What you can expect – As Demand Analyst at Baxters Food Group you will be responsible for the demand management function for UK & Europe, ensuring accuracy of the highest level at all times.  You will analyse demand to track trends in order to challenge numbers, and report on how demand and trends impact on the business in the areas of operations, supply chain, customer service and budget targets.  You will lead the development and implementation of best practice demand function processes, championing continuous improvement, and develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Services, Finance, Sales and Marketing.

What you will need – To be successful, you will be preferably hold a recognised planning qualification with Senior Supply Chain experience, ideally in FMCG and must be able to demonstrate commercial experience in senior forecasting or demand planning roles.  You will have a sound understanding of forecasting logic and demand management, MRP/ERP systems and Analysis Tools (preferably Oracle based) and have advanced Excel skills, with first class numeracy, analytical and problem solving skills.  You will be a strong and confident communicator (oral, written, informal and formal verbal) able to work effectively at all levels up to senior management and deal with strong personalities.  You will be focussed on results, naturally self-motivated and able to confidently lead and drive the demand function.
