This role is highly focused on customer service and dealing with all types of queries from a variety of customers regarding their personal banking account. You will be the first point of call for customers, therefore being able to hit the ground running from the word go is a must.
Having the ability to build rapport with the customers will enable you to also easily meet your sales targets given to you as well and as this company are mainly focused on a sales through service attitude you will be looking for products that will benefit the customer and be of value to them.
To be successful in this role you must have sales and service experience, however not necessarily in the finance industry. You must also be able to work hard, work as part of a team and most of all be very customer focused.
