CUSTOMER ADVISOR - PERMANENT
SOUTH GYLE, EDINBURGH

Our client is looking for an experienced customer advisor to join their Metering and Billing team.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure all customers are billed accurately and on time for utilities services. You will also be responsible for capturing and maintaining accurate meter information, and be expected to liaise with third parties and process transactions onto the billing system.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
