Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be expected to work in various offices within the city. Applicants must therefore remain flexible and be prepared to travel to the outskirts of the city when required.
Candidates must be computer literate (MS Word and Excel) and have previous office administration experience. Good customer service and communication skills are also of paramount importance for this role, as you will be expected to maintain contact customers and clients on a daily basis.
Duties will include:-
processing registration documents, ensuring all necessary information is included.
accurate data entry to in-house data bases, MS Excel and MS Access.
dealing with customer queries over the telephone and face to face.
producing high quality written communications using sound business English.
maintaining hard copy and electronic client files.
